How long will it take for me to receive my purchase?

Do you accept refunds?

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

How should I look after Mishran garments?

We recommend you handle your purchased garment (s) with extra care to avoid any damage to the delicate material. Please store in the fabric bag provided and consider keeping some tissue paper between layers when folding and storing, to avoid the fabric catching on each other.

How should I clean my clothes?

As per the washing instructions on the inside of your garment please dry clean your garment without petroleum. Do not wash your garment in a washing machine or hand wash.

How should I iron my clothes?

We recommend you use a hand held steam iron on its lowest setting and don’t keep it too close to the product. Please note the cancan material is made of nylon and is flammable. Keep away from fire and flames.
