Refund policy

How long do I have to return an item?

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order on contactmishran@gmail.com.  We will then send you a return address. Please do not message us on social media.

Items will need to be sent back in the original packaging and condition with labels and tags attached.

The following conditions apply;

  • Items must be unworn and will not be accepted if they have make up stains or smell of perfume or sweat.
  • Item must not have been altered or damaged.
  • Customers are responsible for repackaging the item securely so that it is not damaged in transit.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We would advise this is done using tracked delivery.
  • The item must be returned within 7 days of the return address being emailed.

When returning your item, please include your full name and order name so we can process your return. If items are received with no information, we will be unable to process this.

Upon receipt we will confirm if a refund can be completed

 

Are returns free?

All customers are liable to pay for the return shipping fees. We would advise this is done  using tracked delivery. We are not responsible for any items lost in the post.

 

When may a refund be refused?

We have the right to refuse a refund if the item has been worn, altered or damaged. 

No refunds can be agreed after 14 working days of purchase.

 

How long will it take to process my return and receive a refund?  

We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible. We do ask that you allow 7-14 working days from the date we receive your return for your refund to be processed. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive an email from us letting you know your refund has been issued. It can take up to 7 working days for the money to reflect into your account (this is all dependent on your account provider).

 

What if I notice my item is damaged?

Our products are thoroughly checked before packaging for posting.  However we kindly ask for you to check your order on arrival. Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of goods if you notice the product is damaged.  We will require photos of the damaged area (s).  Please do not message us on social media.

The following conditions apply;

  • The item is returned in its original condition and packaging with any labels attached.
  • Customers are responsible for repackaging the item securely so that it is not damaged further in transit.

Upon receipt of the good (s) we will confirm if a refund or exchange can be completed.

 

When may a damaged product not be eligible for a refund?

We have the right to refuse a refund if the item has been worn, altered or damaged. 

If your item has a fault after wearing the item or after 24 hours of receiving the item, we are unable to offer a refund or an exchange.

Any faults reported after 24 hours cannot be actioned.
